Leal & Co Ltd is hiring an Internal Audit Officer for its Internal Audit department.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Responsible to independently conduct Internal Audits and provide reasonable assurance that risk management, control, and governance systems are functioning as intended.

Responsible to provide consulting service to management, with the principal aims to ensure full compliance to existing policies, procedures and regulations.

Main Duties

To develop a thorough understanding of business processes and document the processes in flowcharts and/or process narratives.

To perform audit tests and prepare working papers.

To evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives.

To identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings.

To propose practical and value added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies.

To organize and reference work papers for review.

Qualifications

At least HSC holder + ACCA level 2

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Internal Auditor

Good analytical skills

Ability to recommend corrective actions

Excellent communication skills

Good team spirit

Fluent in IT
