Leal & Co Ltd is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Video Editor to support its social media team in producing engaging automotive content across multiple brands.
The ideal candidate should have strong videography and editing skills, be passionate about content creation, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. This role requires flexibility, creativity, and the ability to handle pressure during events, launches, and content production.

Main Duties
- Film and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Film long-form content for Facebook, YouTube, TV screens, including vehicle reviews and presentations
- Edit videos using DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
- Perform professional color correction and color grading
- Assist during vehicle launches, showroom events, media days, and local content shoots
- Deliver edited content within agreed deadlines
- Contribute creative content ideas and filming concepts
Qualifications
- Higher School Certificate, Diploma in digital marketing, communication or any other relevant qualification
- 1–2 years' experience in content creation or video editing, including freelance experience, will constitute a definite advantage
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work is required

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
- Strong color grading skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Motion graphics
- Basic Adobe After Effects
- Sound design
- Thumbnail design
- Experience creating AI-generated or AI-enhanced video content
